Can I buy your straps separately?
Yes, all of our straps are available to buy separately. You will find them under the ‘straps’ tab on the main menu. The strap sizes are clearly stated and we have also listed which of our watches each strap or bracelet can be worn with.
How do I resize my watch bracelet?
If you would like to put your wrist size in the comments box at checkout we will resize it for you free of charge. The spare links will be put in the box with your watch so they can be added again if needed.
You will need to measure around your wrist with a piece of string or paper to get the correct wrist size.
Alternatively, your local jeweller will be able to resize your bracelet for a small charge.
Are batteries covered by my warranty?
No, batteries are not covered.
My leather strap has faded / discoloured.
The leather and lizard straps are natural materials and will show colour changes or fading with normal wear and tear over time. Any colour fading is usually down to normal wear and tear, whilst colour change is more common on the lighter coloured straps and is caused by exposure to UV light.
Do you have any local stockists?
We currently sell online only through our website as well as Goldsmiths and Watches of Switzerland. The exception to this is Jordans Jewellers in Dorchester run by the lovely Sandy Jordan where you can see our full range.
What if I am out when my watch is delivered?
For UK standard delivery orders we use a Royal Mail signed for service. You will need to sign for your watch, but if you are out the postman will leave a card and you can arrange a re-delivery or collect from your local delivery office.
All international deliveries are also sent, where possible, on a tracked and signed for service. If only one option is available we will always opt for the signed for service.
I would like to buy the watch as a gift. Can I return or exchange it if it isn’t suitable?
Absolutely! If the watch isn’t suitable for any reason, just contact us using our returns / exchange form and you can send the watch back for a full refund or exchange.
By the way, if you are buying for a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, do let us know and we will date your warranty card accordingly.
The small second hand on my watch is jumping.
This is the power reserve working and indicates that you need a new battery. Any local jeweller will be able to change your battery. Please note, if you would like to preserve the water-resistance of your watch you will also need to have the watch resealed.
Do you offer engraving?
We aren’t able to offer personalised engraving on your watch although any good high street jeweller should be able to offer this service. Most of our case backs have room for a short engraving apart from the Commodore LE and SE models. If in doubt, please do contact us to discuss.
